How the focaccia is a small bakery in Shop 24 at De Palm Lifestyle Centre, Britannica Heights, known for its sourdough. Loaves, slabs of focaccia and baskets of breadsticks come out onto brown paper on the pine counter, and the chalkboard behind it tells you what’s on.
